Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups crushed ice (or 1 cup ice cubes + ¼ cup extra for thickness)

  • ⅓ cup strongly brewed coffee or espresso, chilled (or cold brew concentrate)

  • ½ cup whole milk (or oat milk for a dairy-free option)

  • 3 tbsp caramel syrup

  • 1 tbsp thick caramel sauce

  • Whipped cream, for topping

  • Extra caramel sauce, for drizzling

Directions

  • Prep your glass (optional but recommended): Lightly drizzle 1 tsp caramel sauce inside a tall chilled glass, swirling to coat the sides.
  • In a high-speed blender, combine crushed ice, chilled coffee, milk, caramel syrup, and caramel sauce.
  • Blend on high for 30–45 seconds, stopping to scrape down sides if needed, until smooth and slushy—no large ice chunks should remain.
  • Pour into your prepared glass.
  • Top generously with whipped cream, then finish with a zigzag drizzle of warm caramel sauce over the top.
