Cheesy Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders

Cheesy Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders

ingredients

12 Hawaiian rolls (or slider buns)

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)

1/2 cup ranch dressing

2 tbsp melted butter

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp dried parsley (optional)

👩‍🍳 Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, bacon, ranch dressing, and half of the cheese.

Slice slider buns in half (keeping them connected) and place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.

Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the buns, then sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Place the top half of the buns back on. Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.

Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are golden.

Garnish with parsley, slice, and serve warm.
